Episode 031: Renovations & Refurbishments

Welcome back to another episode of The Property Journey Podcast: Beginner to Expert.

Episode 31 sees us take a look at renovations and refurbishments of properties. When buying a property, either as an investment property or for your new home, you may or may not like the interior / exterior of the property and therefore may choose to renovate or refurbish.

This could be as little as a quick freshen of paint in the rooms and new carpet, or extensive refurbishment for things such as kitchens and bathrooms, to extensions being build on to the property. We take a look at some of these scenarios and discuss things like costings, common trends and much more.
