Welcome back to another episode of The Property Journey Podcast: Beginner to Expert.

Episode 027 takes us to Property Valuations and Negotiations. In the first part of this episode, we discuss many of the factors that can affect a property's value, as well as looking at the perspective from as a buyer, and also as a seller.

As we move on, we then take a look at negotiations and how negotiations can be carried out between the buyer and seller. We look at some of the most common mistakes that are made, and Roy also provides a little bit of insight into things that you should be looking out for.
